Priority Area Goals and Performance

The Injury, Safety, and Violence (ISV) priority area contains four overarching goals with specific objectives developed for each goal. The goals for the ISV priority area are:

  1. Prevent or reduce childhood injuries.

  2. Prevent or reduce adult injuries.

  3. Prevent or reduce injuries in vulnerable populations.

  4. Increase mitigation of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) as a statewide prevention strategy.

ISV 4.1: Decrease the percentage of high school students who have experienced four or more ACEs.
