Priority Area Workgroup (PAW) members:

Priority Area Workgroup (PAW) members are comprised of a range of stakeholders across Florida, including representatives from state and local government agencies, health care providers, employers, community groups, universities and schools, non-profit organizations and advocacy groups. There are seven priority area workgroups, one for each priority area included in the 2022-2026 State Health Improvement Plan. Each PAW is led by two or more Chairs, who convene their respective PAWs quarterly throughout the duration of the SHIP so that PAW members can provide updates on priority area objectives. Many members were recommended for participation by the SHIP Steering Committee and the PAWs are critical to the implementation of the SHIP.
